Store and products

Vibeshirt.ai sells made-to-order apparel. Product colors and print appearance can vary slightly between screens, mockups, garment batches, and finished items. Size information is provided to help you choose, but fit can vary by person.

Orders and payment

• Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change before an order is placed.
• Shipping, discounts, and applicable taxes are shown during checkout when configured.
• An order is accepted only after payment is successfully completed.
• Orders may be canceled or refunded if an item, address, payment, or fulfillment problem prevents completion.
• You are responsible for entering the correct email, shipping address, color, and size.

Production and delivery

Products are made and shipped by third-party print providers. Production and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Weather, carrier issues, address problems, or provider delays can affect timing. Tracking is sent to the checkout email when available.

Returns and order problems

The return, replacement, and refund policy is part of these terms. Because products are made to order, buyer’s-remorse returns and size/color exchanges are generally not accepted. Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items should be reported promptly through the support form.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, interfere with checkout or security, submit fraudulent orders or support requests, attempt unauthorized access, scrape customer or admin data, or use store content in violation of applicable law.

Intellectual property

Store branding, original shirt designs, product copy, images, and site content belong to Vibeshirt.ai or their respective licensors. Purchasing a product does not transfer design or reproduction rights.

Disclaimers and liability

The storefront is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vibeshirt.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Any direct liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
